Looking to Swap Homes?

There are several ways you can use to identify a suitable “swap” with a tenant of another housing association, co-op or Council.  More details are listed below.  

Mutual Exchanges
If you are a tenant and want a move, we may be able to match your application with another applicant who wants to swap homes to your area.  The tenant can be with the same landlord or a different one.  A register is kept at the Reception desk at each of our offices and is available to look at during our normal office opening hours.  If you want your name added to the register, please contact us or fill in the Mutual Exchange Register Form.

We hope to transfer the register to this website in due course in order that you can browse it at your leisure.
