Strategic Objectives
Our strategic objectives are:

• Providing a wide variety of high quality, fuel efficient, affordable housing for people in need giving a clear and significant role in decision making to tenants and other users.
• Providing supported housing for people with particular needs in partnership where appropriate with specialist care providers.
• Managing and maintaining our houses efficiently and effectively.
• Raising the profile of the association and working in partnership with all our customers, promoting effective participation and consultation.
• Promoting and collaborating in wider community action to complement the association's core functions, and to encourage a positive community lifestyle and enhance the quality of life for residents.
