

Our Management Committee
Our Management Committee is made up, and elected from, our Membership. The Committee can have up to 18 members, and they are responsible for the overall management of the affairs of the association. We are always on the look out for new people with an interest in the association and in the communities in which we work. We are a complicated organisation, and in order to get through all our work, the Management Committee is supported by six Sub-Committees, and we also have a network of Area Committees. The Management Committee structure is shown below.
We work accross a number of communities, and each are part of how we consult with our customers and how we make decisons. The chart below shows the areas that are part of our decison making process.
