We place great emphasis on providing our existing and prospective tenants and owners with a first class range of services in each of our communities. We don't always get it right first time however and we would welcome the opportunity to get things right. If you feel we have not delivered a service to you in the way that we should have please contact your local Housing Officer or complete and return the form in our Services Standards Leaflet.
