Repairs Service

We own and manage over 3000 properties in locations across Glasgow and the West of Scotland.  From Victorian tenements to brand new family homes, we have properties of all shapes and sizes made up of thousands of different parts and components, each of which have to be maintained to the highest possible standard.

As a landlord we have a basic responsibility to keep our properties secure, wind and watertight.  We recognise however that there is a lot more involved in providing decent quality housing than simply keeping the rain off our customers heads.  To that end we provide a repairs service that maintains just about every component of our properties with the main exception being repairs to non-accidental damage caused by the tenant, and as a rule, we do not replace plugs on baths and sinks, or replace light bulbs.

As part of out efforts to provide the highest standard of customer service, we work in partnership with Carillion PME, a national company long established in the field of building maintenance.  Carillion are on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year for emergency repairs and provide the main service for the majority of the repairs in our properties.  We also employ several other contractors within our local areas for repairs of a more specialised nature such as controlled entry systems.
